Ready for a Change? Join Summit Law as a Commercial Litigation Partner. Summit Law LLP is a boutique litigation and insolvency law firm based in the heart of London, close to the Rolls Building and the Inns of Court. We act for businesses, directors, insolvency practitioners and high-net-worth individuals on complex, high-value commercial disputes and arbitration, both domestic and international.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner. We are also open to Senior Associates ready to step into partnership, including those who may feel overlooked or undervalued in their current role, or who are simply ready for a change.

About the Firm: Founded by Jeremy Boyle, Summit Law has built a strong reputation for dispute resolution and contentious insolvency. The firm has grown organically while maintaining a clear focus on quality, responsiveness and commercial outcomes. We have strong international connections through EALG (Euro-American Law Group) and long-standing relationships across Europe and beyond, enabling us to act effectively on cross-border disputes. At Summit Law, working as a team is one of our five core values. We operate as a genuinely collaborative, partner-led firm where people support one another and share in the firm’s success.

The Role: The successful candidate will:

  • Play an active role in the strategic growth and development of the Dispute Resolution practice
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management
  • Work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm in a non-siloed environment

Experience in property-related disputes is advantageous but not essential.

How We Work: We believe transparency and communication are essential to a successful firm. We hold monthly team meetings to discuss workloads and challenges, share the firm’s performance and future plans, and encourage meaningful contribution from across the team.

What We Offer:

  • A genuine partnership opportunity with influence over strategy and direction
  • High-quality, complex litigation work without big-firm bureaucracy
  • Competitive and transparent remuneration
  • Bonus structures and private healthcare benefits
  • An extra day’s leave for your birthday (or the day after), as our gift to you
  • Agile hybrid working supported by modern, cloud-based systems
