I am working with an exciting business that is looking for a highly capable and resilient HR Business Partner reporting the Head of HR, this role is supporting large employee numbers.

As the Regional HR Business Partner you will act as the HR lead for organisational change within the business including restructures, driving capability, Tupe transfers, implementing and driving change.

The Role As the Regional HR Business Partner you will shape HR strategy with your stakeholders to support business objectives and challenges.

This position involves working with senior management to achieve results and implement changes.

This is a highly visible position that supports leaders across a number of sites based around the country.
