In this role you will oversee the full lifecycle of contracts to support Village MD’s mission of improving connected care.
You will partner with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams to draft, negotiate, and monitor agreements with vendors, clients, and partners.
You will manage risk, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and drive timely renewals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and amendments
- Ensure contractual compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams during contract development
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, milestones, renewals, and expirations
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes when necessary
- Maintain contract databases and document management systems
- Support vendor and supplier relationship management
- Review terms related to pricing, service levels, confidentiality, indemnification, and liability
- Track key contract metrics and prepare management reports
- Ensure timely execution and renewal of agreements
