Sales Manager UK – Exterior Furniture & Fabrics
Based at our London head office at Chelsea Design Centre, this role involves regular international travel to key global markets (particular focus on UK and Northern Europe). You will support the brand driving sales and identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and showroom opening and closing including showroom maintenance & décor.
- Warehousing overview/reporting and quality control when needed.
- Visiting key export markets to evaluate brand presence, monitoring market trends and providing insights.
- Developing and maintaining existing and new business relationships with interior designers, design studios, yacht management companies, yachting shipyards, owners and industry stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing regional action plans, including trade shows, promotional campaigns, and in-house events.
- Identifying and executing opportunities for brand expansion and new distribution partnerships.
- Providing best recommendations to customers.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings and organising diary entries.
- Organising events in & out the showroom for client entertainment.
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as suppliers, clients and press.
- Weekly reporting on sales activities.
- Contributing to team\'s daily sales goals.
- Processing customer’s orders including logistics, customs and international shipping.
- Receiving UHNWI and professional clients into the showroom and assisting with furniture suitability & selection.
- Maintaining a database and filing system.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in international sales, ideally within interiors, luxury goods, yachting and UHNW individuals.
- Client portfolio within UK and Europe (in the interior/exterior design sector).
- Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
- Knowledge of interior/exterior fabrics.
- Excellent literacy, numeracy, and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CAD, Teams).
- Language proficiency: fluent in English and at least one of French, Spanish, or Italian.
- Must have the right to work in the UK – ideally residents of the surroundings of London.

- Outstanding graphic presentation skills with the possibility to develop curated presentations for clients when required with Summit furniture and fabrics options, along with Space Planning.
- Driving licence mandatory + feeling comfortable to drive in Europe.
