CONTRACT TERM: Casual Hours β evening and weekend work (flexibility required)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Manager
GRADE: NJC β Point 3 (Β£13.28 per hour)
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible forLettings and Facilities
An opportunity has arisen for a Casual Lettings and Facilities Assistant in our brand-new secondary school in Leckhampton.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To look after school lettings, ensuring the building is clean, tidy and well maintained
- To be responsible for the opening and closing school facilities for lettings
- To act as a keyholder with locking up duties for the school and to remain on-site throughout customer bookings
- To carry out vital checks as necessary and light cleaning/tidying after lettings
- The setting up and clearing away of sports equipment, tables and chairs and other porterage as required
- To provide great customer service and communication to customers hiring facilities
- To ensure that facilities are serviced and undertake any emergency cleaning tasks as directed.
