We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader who can combine strong sales ability with confident team leadership. This is a hands‑on role; you’ll be leading from the front, driving performance, and helping your team succeed, while also hitting your own sales targets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of Travel Sales Advisors
- Driving team performance and ensuring sales targets are achieved
- Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
- Leading by example through your own sales performance
- Creating a positive, energetic, and results‑driven team environment
About you:
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within travel
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a team
- A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Confident, personable, and naturally engaging with customers
- Passionate about travel – must have travelled to Southeast Asia
- Motivated, supportive, and able to bring out the best in others
