At Summer, we’re not just another agency—we’re a creative force in exhibitions, events and retail, crafting experiences globally that ignite brands and captivate audiences. We push boundaries, embrace innovation, and deliver results that go way beyond expectations. We’re on the lookout for big thinkers, bold doers, and curious creatives who thrive on creating moments that people remember. If you love the idea of designing spaces that don’t just look amazing but feel amazing—spaces that inspire, connect and tell meaningful stories—then this might just be your next adventure. Here, it’s not just designing, it’s storytelling, setting a scene, and creating a mood. You’ll shape spaces into experiences that stick with people long after they leave.

No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

You in a Nutshell

  • You can take a brief and spin it into a bold idea that feels fresh, exciting, and on-brand.
  • Hands‑on with today’s 3D tools, but you’ll also know that software is only part of the story.
  • You’ve got a background in exhibitions, events, interiors or retail design.
  • You stay focused on ‘who it’s for and why’, whilst still bringing in boldness and flair where it counts.
  • Trends and ideas fuel your creativity, with inspiration coming from everywhere—retail, experiential, art, fashion, you name it.
  • A clear way of communicating—whether through visuals, sketches, or just chatting it through.
  • You stay cool when deadlines heat up, and you’re naturally organized (or at least have a system that looks like you are).
  • Creative energy that inspires and is infectious.
  • An awareness of sustainability and how design choices can make a difference.

A Little About Your Experience

You’ll have at least three years working in 3D spatial design— exhibitions, live events, retail, interiors, that sort of thing. You’re comfortable dreaming big at concept stage, but you also know how to roll up your sleeves and develop ideas into something real and buildable.

Skills We’d Love to See

  • Strong skills in 3D modelling and rendering (3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Sketch, Figma, AutoCAD).
  • Curiosity about AI tools—you’re not afraid to experiment.
  • An eye for detail—materials, finishes, lighting, and atmosphere.
  • A love of detail, paired with the ability to stay organized.
  • A collaborative spirit and positive energy—because we do our best work as a team.

What’s In It for You

Aside from a competitive salary (based on experience) and hybrid working from our Central London, Soho studio, you’ll join a team that genuinely loves what they do. We’re passionate and excited to create together, always looking for the next idea that makes people stop, smile, and say wow.
