Summer View Hotel boasts 86 designer furnished guest rooms. It is ideally located in the heart of Singapore. Transport is facilitated by close proximity of Rochor MRT Station (3-minute walk) and easy availability of public transports (Bus and Taxi) to any part of Singapore.
You will assist in fulfilling guest requests and support multiple hotel departments to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to guest requests by delivering room amenities and other services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Security teams to support daily hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and safety of the hotel lobby area throughout your shift.
- Follow instructions from Supervisors or Managers to complete additional tasks that support hotel operations.
- Apply any prior security experience to contribute to the safety and security of hotel premises.
Work schedule: 4 working days per week.
