We are looking for aWaiter.This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the F&B Supervisor. We are looking for someone who hasexcellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

Employment type:Full-time

Working pattern:5 days per week with 2 days off

Salary:£25,397 + service charge

As aWaiteryou will be responsible for:

• creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.
• being familiar with all menus and all products available.
• cleaning and setting up tables.
• taking orders for our wonderful guests.
• making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• assisting with the restaurant with in house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.

What are we looking for?

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills with the ability to anticipate and cater to guest needs, ensuring a memorabledining experience
• Attention to Detail.
• Passion for Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Teamwork and Adaptability.
