We are looking for an enthusiasticReception Manager to join our family on a full time basis. This position reports to the Front Office Manager.
Working pattern: shift work 8 hours per day/ shift from 7am until 9pm.
Salary: £33,000 + Service charge

As aReception Manager you will be:
- Responsible for the day to day running of the Reception department
- Lead a professional team ensuring their training and development
- Monitoring customer satisfaction andensuring guests receive personalised, attentive service
- Innovating ideas and experiences that enhance our guests stay
- Carrying our regular audit on standards as per Forbes 5 star standards
- On a daily basis to supervise the smooth running of all FO operations
- Assist with rotas, time sheets, payroll and holiday management
