excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail
and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
Location: Dorset

Working pattern : Shift work 5 days on 2 days off
Salary : £25,397.00 per annum + service charge

Key Responsibilities of a Waiter:
- Take food and beverage orders
accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and
bar staff. - Be fully familiar with all menu
items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest
questions. - Ensure tables are cleaned, set up
to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period. - Engage with guests and provide
attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable. - Maintain all food service areas
to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel
standards.
