Supply Chain Management Lead

Summer-Browning Associates are currently supporting our client with the Defence sector, who are seeking a Supply Chain Management Lead on an initial 18 month assignment in Reading.

Top essential criteria:

1. Experience of end-to-end tendering process
2. Understanding of training, and manual creation
3. Knowledge of public contract regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023

Essential:

• Experience of end-to-end tendering process
• Stakeholder management
• Managing contract management plans
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Supply chain management
• Procurement Strategies
• Monitoring, mentoring, and training staff (No direct line management – some task management)
• Will be involved in future training on process, systems, and workflows within AWE.
• Escalation resolving – will be POC for escalations in event team.
• Management of contract performance
• Experience of using JAGGAER, or Ariba would be acceptable.
• Team collaborator
• Understand what is changing, what measures to put in place, be prepared and support the team.
