Senior Programme Manager - Enterprise Rollout & Future Planning
Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Senior Programme Manager for an initial 12-month assignment with the option to extend.
The ideal candidate will have an active security clearance and a strong background in program management, along with the following skills and experiences:
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale digital and infrastructure cloud transformation programs within high-threat government Tier 2/3 secure environments.
- Exceptional proficiency in strategic planning and the capability to develop and manage effective delivery roadmaps.
- A comprehensive understanding of program controls and program planning.
- Expertise in risk management, including managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), governance, assurance, and cross-government engagement.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder initiatives, decisively influence critical technical decisions, and identify transformative digital opportunities.
- Extensive experience in managing relationships with suppliers, delivery partners, and government stakeholders.
- Project management certification: APMP - Project Management, PRINCE2.
