Senior Cloud Architect - Azure & Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect for an initial 12-month assignment with the option to extend.
Location
London | Hybrid
The ideal candidate will possess an active security clearance and have a strong background in Senior Cloud Architecture, with the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on Azure & Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience leading Cloud security architecture for large-scale cloud hosting (specifically Azure and GCP) in high-threat government Tier 2/3 secure environments.
- Experience in defining cloud strategies, architecture standards, and governance policies.
- Ability to lead the automation of infrastructure deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools.
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, identity, security, resilience, and platform engineering.
- Proven ability to lead technical design initiatives across multiple domains, including Data, Digital, Security, and other technical areas.
- Google Professional Cloud Architect certification is highly desirable.
