Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our defence client, who is seeking a M365 Information Governance Specialist for an initial six‑month assignment with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - London
About the role: You will be responsible for having a solid understanding of information and records management, and how key principles such as ISO15489 translate into modern, digital tools such as those included in the M365 stack.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering M365 Information Governance support, with the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of information and records management principles, including ISO15489.
- Public Sector experience, predominantly with records management experience.
- Expertise in applying information governance controls within M365.
- Experience designing information lifecycle models, including retention and labelling strategies.
- Experience of defining information governance requirements for M365 apps (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), translating policy and records management needs into clear, implementable designs for tech colleagues.
