Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Senior Service Designer for an initial six-month assignment with the option to extend.

Hybrid working - London
About the role:
You will be responsible for owning the general quality, consistency and standard of the service blueprints and process map documents, keeping them constantly updated so they remain an accurate, trusted description of how our services work.
The ideal candidate will hold
Active SC clearance and have a strong background in delivery Service Designer support, with the following skills and experience:
Experience in digital service design setting, negotiating design briefs, leading service design activities, and delivering service outcomes based on user and business needs.
Experience of creating and maintaining service blueprints, process maps and supporting documentation to a high and consistent standard.
Experience of selecting and running service design activities (data gathering, workshops, analysis and synthesis, prototyping, user journeys and service flows) for different lifecycle phases.
You will have worked in an environment that is developing many products at once with limited resources.
Knowledge of agile or lean ways of working and tools for managing epics, user stories and tasks, e. g.
Jira, Confluence.
