M365 Transition Engineer
Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client in their search for an M365 Transition Engineer for an initial six-month assignment, with the option to extend.
Location: London / Milton Keynes - Hybrid working
The ideal candidate will hold an active security clearance and have a strong background in Microsoft 365 support & engineering, demonstrating the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in second-line support, with a solid understanding of 365 incident management and resolution within secure public sector environments.
Experience in diagnosing 365 issues, improving time-to-resolution, and creating resolution pathways to reduce queue times, backlogs, and avoidable escalations to third-line support. - Proven ability to manage 365 Service Requests and Incidents in accordance with Service Level Targets.
- Significant experience in developing and maintaining operational documentation, including runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
Certifications in Microsoft 365 Administration and familiarity with ITIL would be highly beneficial.
