We are looking for a Commercial Programme Director to work within the defence sector.

Location: Hybrid working – Reading (2 days per week)

Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will hold active SC Clearance and have a proven Commercial Management background at Director Level, with the following skills/experience:

  1. Strong Commercial Governance experience working within Defence, Nuclear or Central Government.
  2. Experience managing a Commercial/Procurement team of up to 50 members in a complex environment.
  3. Strong Public sector Procurement regulation (PCR 2015) & CCS Procurement frameworks.
  4. Strong Supplier Relationship Management – managing strategic supplier relationships.
  5. Strong Contract Management – Knowledge of NEC 3/4 Contracts.
  6. Experience working on complex major construction projects.
  7. Experience in procuring across various categories.
