Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our defence client, who is seeking a Commercial Finance Lead for an initial six-month assignment with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - Bristol
About the role: You will be responsible for reviewing the Low Complexity Procurement (LCP) policy and procedures to be implemented which govern our projects, ensuring these are coherent and that developing in the Assurance Strategy and Controls are fully captured and implemented.
The ideal candidate will hold Active SC clearance and have a strong background in delivering Commercial Finance support, with the following skills and experience:
- Experience of financial management & financial policies.
- Qualified in either AAT, CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
- Experience of developing the Finance and Economic Case in the Business Case.
- Experience in working with the Commercial Lead, Finance and VAT specialists, to identify how VAT will be treated and highlight anywhere this may cause any operational issues.
