We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work within the law enforcement sector. Location: On-site – Northallerton About the role: You will be responsible for providing technical support responding to enquires, evaluating, and resolving issues relating to ICT equipment, infrastructure and applications via phone, in person and self service Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Service Desk Analyst background, with the following skills/ experience: Experience of working in an ICT service desk function within a busy multidisciplined ICT service. Knowledge of incident and request fulfilment processes. ITIL Foundation Qualifications (Desirable). Experience of public sector including procurement and ideally in an emergency service (Desirable)
