Summer‑Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Senior User Researcher for an initial twelve‑month assignment with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - East Kilbride
About the role: You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and analysis of user research to ensure that our products and services are user‑centric and evidence‑based.
The ideal candidate will hold Active SC and have a strong background in delivery Senior User Researcher support, with the following skills and experience:
- Experience in user research within large scale projects.
- Experience of designing and leading on multiple research activities.
- Proven analytical and synthesis skills which enable data to be transformed into actionable insights.
- Experience of defining and measuring user outcome performance metrics to evidence user impact throughout a project delivery lifecycle.
