Operations Analyst - 24/7

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to work within the public sector. Location: Hendon X3 13 hour shifts, day shifts – 4 rest days X3 13 hour shifts, night shifts – 4 rest days About the role: You will be responsible for the monitoring of critical network alerts and ensuring encrypted data is successfully transmitted. Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active SC clearance and have a proven Operation Engineering background, with the following skills/experience: Experience of working within a Service Desk environment, Incident and Request Fulfilment process disciplines. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, any previous customer service experience. Familiar with a similar shift pattern Experience of Incident Management. experience with ServiceNow or similar Monitoring experience Experience of ITIL Service Management
