SBA are currently supporting our Central Government client who are seeking a
Professional Events Lead (G7) on an initial 6 month contract.
Location
London OR Manchester (2 day p/w)
Skills and experience required
- experience of devising and implementing conferences and events, covering audience development, speaker management, invitations, delegate engagement, logistics and post-event evaluation.
- experience in events management, programme management or operational delivery, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-profile events to tight deadlines within a large organisation.
- experience of managing multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders, speakers, suppliers, external partners and delivery teams, balancing competing priorities to achieve successful outcomes.
- experience of working with external suppliers, venues or event delivery partners to deliver high-quality events and stakeholder engagement activities.
- experience of communications planning, delivery and evaluation, using audience insight to shape activity and measure impact.
- strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging and accessible communications, briefings and event materials for a range of audiences.
