Familiarity with the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015. Proven experience in supporting the end-to-end sourcing of Information Technology and Digital Procurement contracts within the Defence or Central Government sectors. Ability to assist in the development and delivery of complex Invitations to Tender, negotiations, and contracts. Desirable experience in International Finance programs, including structuring development finance procurement's, assessing financial and contractual risks, and navigating public procurement frameworks.
