Senior Commercial Manager - Facilities Management (FM)
Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting a client within Central Government who is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for an initial 12-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.
Location: London | Hybrid Working
The ideal candidate will possess active SC clearance and have a strong background in Commercial Management, along with the following skills and experiences:
- Experience in end-to-end Facilities Management (FM) procurements within the public sector.
- Experience in delivering complex overseas Facilities Management (FM) procurements and conducting contract negotiations.
- Experience in leading FM contract re-procurement, including the mobilisation and transition processes.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end commercial and procurement processes, from strategy development to contract award, specifically within the Defence or Central Government sectors.
- Familiarity with E-procurement tools such as Jaggaer.
- Professional certifications in CIPS, IACCM, or comparable qualifications in FM, Commercial, Contract Management, or procurement.
- Knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and related regulations.
