Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Senior Automation Tester for an initial twelve-month assignment with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - East Kilbride
About the role: You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing.
The ideal candidate will hold Active SC or DV clearance and have a strong background in delivering Senior Automation Testing support, with the following skills and experience:
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience of programming languages e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate).
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience of containerisation (Kubernetes/Docker).
- ISTQB certification - Desirable.
