We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to work within public sector.
Location: Hybrid working – East Midlands
About the role: You will be responsible providing advice and support on the development of legal aspects of IT and indirect procurement strategy.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have an extensive Commercial Lawyer background and post-qualification experience in Law, with the following skills/experience:
- 3+ years post qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracts/IT law or equivalent.
- Knowledge of public procurement law.
- Experience of advising on the form of contracts and associated contract management.
- Experience of Framework call offs.
- Experience in Public Contract Regulations 2015 and/or CCS Framework Agreement (Desired)
