Commercial Lawyer

Full-Time No home office possible

We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to work within the public sector.

Location: Hybrid working – East Midlands

You will be responsible for providing advice and support on the development of legal aspects of IT and indirect procurement strategy.

3+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracts/IT law or equivalent.
Knowledge of public procurement law.
Experience of advising on the form of contracts and associated contract management.
Experience of Framework call-offs.
Experience in Public Contract Regulations 2015 and/or CCS Framework Agreement (Desired).
