Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for an initial 3-month assignment with an option to extend.
Location: London / Milton Keynes / East Kilbride - Hybrid/Remote
The ideal candidates will possess active SC clearance and have a solid background in Service Delivery, along with the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Service Delivery, specifically within ERP Oracle Fusion Live Services.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) in secure environments, such as Defence or Central Government.
- Strong leadership skills in managing both an ERP Team and a Test Team.
- Experience in delivery management, applying Prince2 principles, and overseeing BAU performance, continual service improvement & service optimisation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and Product Managers responsible for the Product Roadmap and Backlog.
- Experience in leading preparations for the Change and Release Board, including attending meetings and representing the delivery of change.
- Excellent Business Relationship Management skills.
