Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect for an initial 12-month assignment with the option to extend.

Responsibilities
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience in defining cloud strategies, architecture standards, and governance policies.
- Ability to lead the automation of infrastructure deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools.
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, identity, security, resilience, and platform engineering.
- Proven ability to lead technical design initiatives across multiple domains, including Data, Digital, Security, and other technical areas.
- Familiarity with working in public sector or defence secure environments.
- Google Professional Cloud Architect certification is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Active security clearance.
- Strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud Architecture.
- Relevant experience across data, digital, security, and related domains.
- Ability to work in hybrid/remote environments as required.
