Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking an AWS Infrastructure Engineer for an initial six-month assignment with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - London, Bristol or Manchester
About the role: You will be responsible for ensuring services are integrated, delivered and operated as required.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in implementing and administering cloud technologies and services, particularly in AWS (EKS, ELK, Cognito, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, Glue, Systems Manager, API Gateway, and Lambda).
- Experience in multiple scripting and programming languages, such as Shell scripting, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix OS and open source ecosystem.
- Experience of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub etc).
- Experience in leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
- Experience in containerisation and deployment with Docker and Kubernetes.
