SBA are currently supporting our Central Government client who are seeking a Talent Intelligence & Workforce Insights Manager on an initial 6 month contract. Location:
London, Bristol OR Manchester (hybrid) Skills and experience required: Turned data into action.
You can move beyond reporting and use evidence to influence decisions, priorities or strategy.
Built meaningful insight products.
You have experience developing dashboards, analytics or reporting that help people make better decisions.
Worked with complex or imperfect data.
You can create a clear picture from multiple sources while being transparent about assumptions and limitations.
Connected business needs with analysis.
You understand how organisational priorities translate into workforce, operational or resource requirements.
Used internal and external evidence.
You have combined organisational data with market, customer or workforce insight to shape plans or improve outcomes.
Communicated complex information clearly.
You can explain technical concepts and analytical findings to senior and non-technical audiences.
Challenged assumptions constructively.
You are comfortable using evidence to question existing approaches and recommend better alternatives.
Worked collaboratively.
You build trust quickly and enjoy helping others use insight confidently and effectively.
It would be useful, but not essential, if you have: Experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, people analytics or labour-market intelligence.
Experience using Linked In Talent Insights, Linked In Recruiter or comparable talent-market platforms.
Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, automation or connecting data from different systems.
Experience analysing recruitment funnels, diversity outcomes or candidate experience.
