Commercial Manager | Commercial Specialist | Facilities Management Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking an FM Commercial Specialist for an initial 6-month assignment with an option to extend
Location: London - Hybrid working
The ideal candidate will have an active security clearance and a strong background in Commercial/Procurement/Category Management, along with the following skills and experience: Experience in end-to-end procurement within the public sector.
Familiarity with the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015.
Proven experience in supporting the complete sourcing process of Facilities Management contracts within the Defence or Central Government sectors.
Ability to provide Commercial leadership, support, advice, and best practices to shape future procurement/category management policies and strategies.
Proficient in developing and executing complex Invitations to Tender, negotiations, and contract management.
