Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Facilities Supervisor to work within public sector.
Location: Onsite – Newbury
About the role: You will be responsible for overseeing the facilities contract arrangements, managing contractors on site and ensuring the operational delivery of the annual CT capital programme of works.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have an extensive Facilities Management background, with the following skills/ experience:

  • Experience of fixing and assessing minor building faults with consideration to health and safety restrictions within a similar role whilst taking responsibility to diagnose faults and task contractors to resolve the issue.
  • Experience of managing performance of a team.
  • Knowledge of current legislations surrounding all aspects of buildings and associated assets including Health & Safety.
  • Knowledge of technical/mechanical workings of a typical site
  • Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM) Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification.
