Job Description
We are looking for a M365/ Infrastructure Engineer to work within public sector.
Location: Hybrid working – Moor Row, Cumbria
About the role: You will be responsible for providing project support across the full infrastructure environment as the M365 SME.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have an extensive M365/ Infrastructure Engineering background, with the following skills/ experience:
- Experience working as a senior / 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer on Microsoft Technologies in similar scale environment.
- Experience using ITSM tools and strong understanding of ITSM (ITIL) best practices.
- Experience of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & WSUS.
- Experience of provisioning, managing & maintaining VMs (VMWare)
- Experience of work in a DevOps Environment.
