Digital Capability Manager in East Kilbride

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our Central Government client, who is seeking a Digital Capability Manager for a contract until the end of the financial year, with the possibility of extension.
Location: London, Bristol or Manchester. Predominantly remote working can be considered, with attendance at team days approximately every other month and additional visits as required.
Rate: £350-£450 per day, inside IR35
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme or project delivery within talent, leadership development, HR or capability building, with the following skills and experience:
Experience leading talent programmes or initiatives, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Strong supplier management experience, including monitoring delivery performance, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work with senior leaders and external partners
The ability to work independently, take ownership of delivery and manage competing priorities.
Experience using collaborative and agile ways of working, including regular planning, reviews and continuous improvement.
Experience using delivery tools such as Jira and reporting to track progress, priorities and decisions.
Government, local authority or NHS experience would be beneficial, alongside experience of apprenticeships or leadership development.
CIPD qualification desirable
