We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to work within public sector.

About the role:

You will be responsible providing advice and support on the development of legal aspects of IT and indirect procurement strategy .Essential Skills:

The ideal candidates will have an extensive Commercial Lawyer background and post-qualification experience in Law, with the following skills/ experience:3+ years post qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracts/IT law or equivalent.Knowledge of public procurement law.Experience of advising on the form of contracts and associated contract management.Experience of Framework call offs.Experience in Public Contract Regulations 2015 and/ or CCS Framework Agreement
