Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the Defence Sector, who is looking for a Shared Services Operating Model Channel Strategy Lead for an initial six-month assignment.
Location: Hybrid working - Bristol / London
Essential Skills:
- The ideal candidate will hold active SC Clearance and have a proven background in Channel Management, showcasing the following skills and experience:
- Proven expertise in developing and executing a Channel Management strategy.
- Extensive experience with Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer, particularly with large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs within the defence sector.
- A strong familiarity with the Shared Services Operating Model.
- Proficient in creating 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' Journey Maps.
- Experience working with Oracle/ERP systems, particularly in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
