Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the Defence Sector, who is looking for an Organisational Design and Development Support for an initial three-month assignment.
Location: Hybrid working - Bristol
About the role: You will be responsible for supporting the organisational structure redesign exercise and implementing a new structure, laying the foundations to create a high-performing growth culture and to achieve our transformation strategy, as articulated in our Corporate Plan.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active SC clearance and have an extensive Organisational Design background, with the following skills/experience:
- Experience across Organisational Design, HR & Change Management.
- Knowledge and experience of people, change and impact analysis.
- Experience of Data Analysis.
- Trade Union experience (Desirable).
