InvestIN is recruiting a Recruitment and Operations Associate to split time between recruitment and people operations and programme operations. The role is based in our Victoria office with hybrid working: two days in the office, some weekends during peak periods.
You will lead end-to-end seasonal staff recruitment, onboarding, DBS checks and payroll administration, while also coordinating venues, budgets and events for Summer Experience programmes.
