As a Programme Management Associate, you will be a key member of our Programme Management team, responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of InvestIN's product offerings. This includes our 2-week Summer Experiences, 1-day Weekend Programmes, and our in-school workshop offering, The Career School (TCS).
You'll take full ownership of up to 3 industry programmes (e.g. Law, Psychology, International Politics) and deliver in-school employability workshops throughout the year (e.g. Recruitment Ready, Mock Assessment Centres).
What you’ll be doing:
- Content creation: Design timetables, develop engaging activities, and keep our content reflective of the current market.
- Stakeholder management: Recruit and manage a diverse network of Industry Consultants and Programme Assistants.
- Resource procurement: Source and organise programme materials that take your content to the next level.
- Budget management: Monitor budgets for multiple complex projects, control spending and give regular updates on costs.
- Public speaking: Deliver inspiring presentations and workshops to a range of young audiences.
- Pastoral and safeguarding: Create safe, supportive environments for young people through effective behaviour management and wellbeing support. Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Travel opportunities: Represent InvestIN at schools and events across the UK and internationally.
The Details:
- Contract type: Permanent full-time
- Working schedule: 9am – 5pm (Option for flexi-hours) Monday – Friday. Some weekend work will be required, but you will know dates for this well in advance, and be given time off in lieu during the weekdays.
- Working Location: Our office is based in Victoria. Hybrid working - 2 days in the office per week, with the exception of event days, where you will be expected to be on-site up to 5 days a week (this includes during our peak period through mid-June to the end of August).
- Salary: £27,000
- Start date: As soon as possible

- Experience: You have a background in live events, hospitality, retail, or similar environment.
- Youth engagement: You have previous experience working with under-18s (paid or voluntary).

- Excellent Communication Skills: A confident public speaker with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
- An Organised Approach: You know how to take ownership over your work, prioritising your time effectively and juggling different responsibilities.
- Adaptability: You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and see challenges as an opportunity for growth.
- A Team Player: You have fantastic interpersonal skills that support your stakeholder management externally and your work with the team internally.
