We are looking for a commercially driven, high-energy Europe & LATAM Partnerships Manager to join our International Partnerships team. Working closely with the Director of International Partnerships, this role is focused on building, managing, and scaling high‑performing B2B agent partnerships across Europe and Latin America, driving student recruitment growth for our London‑based programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with education agents, consultants, schools, and recruitment partners across Europe and LATAM to drive consistent student enrolments and long‑term commercial growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B agent partners across target markets. Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, events, and strategic market mapping.
  • Sales Delivery: Own revenue generation across your regions, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets through strong commercial execution and relationship management.
  • Market Expansion: Research regional trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to expand market presence and increase partner performance in underdeveloped territories.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and partnership engagement within HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), ensuring strong pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and programme teams to support partner success, improve conversion performance, and develop market‑specific campaigns and materials.
  • Remote Team Collaboration: Operate effectively within a globally distributed remote team, demonstrating strong communication, accountability, and collaboration across time zones.
  • Sales Activity & KPIs: Consistently deliver against outbound sales KPIs, including partner meetings, outreach campaigns, webinars, presentations, and conversion metrics.
  • Travel: Represent the company at international events, conferences, partner meetings, and recruitment fairs. Travel will be required across Europe and LATAM throughout the year.

The Details

  • Contract: Full‑time, permanent
  • Schedule: Flexible working pattern to accommodate international partners, events, and business needs across multiple time zones. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, with time off in lieu provided.
  • Location: London (Victoria) / Hybrid working available. Remote candidates will be considered for the right individual. Regular international travel is required.
  • Salary: Competitive salary and bonus package, dependent on experience, track record, and market expertise.
  • Start date: July/August 2026

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within international education, student recruitment, travel, or service‑led industries.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and closing partnership deals.
  • Experience managing education agents or channel partners is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a hunger for sales and revenue growth.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience working within remote or globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets, partnerships, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot and digital sales tools.
  • Comfortable working in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Knowledge of the European and/or LATAM education markets.
  • Existing network of education agents or recruitment partners.
  • Experience within international student recruitment or experiential education.

  • Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are highly advantageous.
