As a School Programmes Associate, you will oversee the delivery, coordination and development of our in‑school careers provision, including the One Day Workshops.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of One Day Workshops, briefing staff and liaising with schools.
- Prepare workshop slides, resources and materials for delivery.
- Deliver workshops in schools, setting the example for delivery quality.
- Arrange travel to schools across the UK and internationally.
- Create and update workshop content to reflect labour market trends.
- Lead the creation of new InvestIN content and concepts, including the through‑school offering.
- Support and lead summer work‑experience programmes.
Qualifications
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, with strong project management skills.
- Effective communicator able to engage colleagues, students and teachers.
