Role Summary: Project Director – Change Management team, responsible for managing and overseeing Financial Crime programmes and projects across the EMEA organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and drive the completion of all project artefacts, including charter, regulatory requirements, roadmap, budget, testing, deliverables implementation and handover to business as usual.
- Lead, influence and motivate diverse project teams across multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of required benefits with minimal impact on bank customers.
- Manage risks and issues and deliver mitigation plans to the C‑level Project Sponsor and relevant committees (SteerCo).
- Ensure appropriate governance, transparency, compliance and alignment with best market practice and regulatory scrutiny.
Qualifications:
- Strong track record of successful delivery within banking and financial services.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑year projects in challenging environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking and markets activities and the surrounding regulatory framework.
- Effective team‑builder with willingness to engage in tasks to achieve objectives.
