Duration: 6 Month Contract

Location: Wolverhampton

Eligibility: Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.

Duties: Responsible for planning and executing business change management, driving adoption for new manufacturing systems. Focuses on changes to business processes and tools. Applies change management methodologies, communication planning, organisational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses. Ability to develop communication and change management plans, and oversee or monitor the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations.

Level: A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Describing and communicating impact of process changes on business roles understanding and articulating the as-is and to-be states via multiple medias
  • Defining a Change Strategy, agreed with the impacted managers, and delivering on that contract
  • Onboarding Early Adopters and Super Users, usually via a Transition Network
  • Creating the Stakeholder Matrix and Audience Analysis
  • Managing stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activities
  • Hosting process walk-throughs / workshops with the SME's, process authors and relevant business users; asking key questions to understand the changes and recording them
  • Conducting Business Change Impact Assessments with relevant stakeholders to inform the training team of the changes and enable the creation of a robust change plan
  • Creating stakeholder communication and engagement plans; supporting the communication of these to relevant end users
  • Develop, create and maintain reporting of the development of global business processes maturity
  • Host engagement events and system showcases
  • Complete and maintain change, communications and readiness plans
  • Creating and maintaining new relationships with identified key stakeholders

This role is midlands-based and on-site and travelling is expected between sites. There will be occasional travel to our Liverpool (Halewood) facility.

  • You’ll need a good understanding of multiple change frameworks with experience of the tools required to execute them
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience of in person collaboration and cross functional team working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Create and align standard timing plans for business change and readiness
  • You’ll need to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • You’ll need to liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams
  • You’ll need a relevant accreditation or equivalent working experience preferred
