I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in West Midlands, who are looking for Pre-Construction Engineers to join their team.
Job Description:
- Accountable for the delivery of the pre-construction activities.
- Drive a "Zero Harm" approach to safety in our designs and contractor performance.
- Manage a range of construction projects, with various sizes.
- Support the wider business planning, in scheme reviews, etc.
- Support the compliance with pre-construction regulations.
Experience Required:
- Experience in pre-construction, design, planning, cost estimation, etc.
- Knowledge in contractor management and site installations.
- Clear understanding of site safety, and Safety legislation (CDM 2015 Reg etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of building, construction and infrastructure methods.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
