I am currently recruiting on behalf of a renewable energy specialist, based in Banbury, who are seeking a SAP Consultant to join their team.
Job Description
As SAP Consultant, your main responsibilities are:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Quality department and the SAP project team.
- Define, document, and validate requirements for Quality Management processes in SAP.
- Translate business needs into functional SAP QM specifications.
- Support system configuration, customization, and integration for quality processes.
- Coordinate and perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) related to Quality Management.
- Assist in developing training materials and provide user training/support during rollout.
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Proven experience in SAP implementation, with focus on SAP QM (Quality Management) module.
- Background in Quality Assurance/Management, ideally within automotive environment.
- Understanding of automotive quality standards and compliance (e.g., IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA).
- Demonstrated ability to define business requirements and translate them into system functionality.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
