We are currently recruiting experienced Composite Laminator Contractors to support high‑profile automotive and supercar programmes. This contract opportunity offers hands‑on involvement in the manufacture of cutting‑edge composite components within a fast‑paced, precision‑driven environment.
The Role
As a Composite Laminator Consultant, you will be responsible for the lay‑up, manufacture, and preparation of advanced composite components, working to exacting quality, performance, and appearance standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Composite Laminator
- Strong hands‑on experience with pre‑preg carbon fibre lay‑up
- Confident reading engineering drawings, ply books, and manufacturing instructions
- Practical experience with vacuum bagging and autoclave processes
- High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset
- Ability to work independently in a consultative / contract environment
