The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.

To support the management of the Agro & Life Solution Division (the “Division”) providing the following services:

  • Monitor and control the Division’s performance and report its financial performance to the Company’s management and Head Office in Japan;
  • Support the Division’s business departments (AgroSolutions and Environmental Health) in achieving their sales and profit targets;
  • Support the business departments in developing and implementing new projects to expand the businesses;
  • Coordinate strategies and internal control systems between the Company and its subsidiaries relating to the Division’s businesses;
  • Plan, propose, and lead optimization and innovation initiatives to drive the Division’s growth;
  • Investigate the causes of technical or operational issues related to business coordination and take appropriate corrective actions with relevant internal and external parties.

Skills Required

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) for reporting, communication, and discussion with the Head Office in Japan and overseas group companies;
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in AgroSolutions and Environmental Health businesses, such as pesticides (chemical and biological) and fertilizers;
  • At least 5 years of experience in management or providing support to subsidiary companies;
  • Knowledge of contracts, commercial matters, and finance;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented;
  • Proactive and meticulous work attitude, with high integrity, strong professional ethics, and the ability to multitask;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Education Details

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics or related science from a reputable university.
