Become a Passionate Pilates Reformer Instructor! Are you ready to share your love of Pilates and help others achieve their fitness goals? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team of wellness experts.
Working hours: 8-hour rotating shift based on 5-day work week
- Weekdays: 7.30am to 3.30pm or 1.30pm to 9.30pm
- Weekends/PH: 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm
- Able to commit full-time position
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Pilates Reformer group classes and private sessions
- Provide personalized instruction and modifications to ensure safe and effective workouts
- Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and proper technique
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for all participants
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates methods, trends, and industry best practices
- Assist with equipment maintenance and studio organization
- Assist with covering Receptionist's role with admin duties
Requirements
- Passionate commitment to health, wellness, and the Pilates method
- Minimum of 40-hour Pilates Reformer certification from a recognized training program (We welcome those with basic certification too!)
- 1-2 years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to provide modifications and adjustments to meet the needs of diverse clientele
- CPR and First Aid certification would be a bonus
- Enthusiasm for continuing education and professional development
- Able to follow studio's fixed programme sequence and execute accurately to members
- Singapore citizens or PR only due to the quota needed by MOM regulations
